Clubhouse
The 14,000-square-foot clubhouse at River Forest offers a fully-stocked Pro Shop, as well as comfortable lounge areas and beautiful locker rooms for the members. The back patio provides a spectacular view of the 18th green, most often enjoyed while dining or relaxing after a round. The dining room is perfect for friendly gatherings or casual meals by the fireplace.
*Please note that both the golf course and clubhouse at River Forest are closed on Mondays.
Dining
The Old Mill Room within the River Forest clubhouse offers an elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere for member dining. Our talented, full-time Executive and Sous Chefs ensure a pleasurable dining experience for every meal with menu items ranging from a casual River Forest burger, all the way to a more elegant option of filet mignon.
Tennis
River Forest features 6 championship clay tennis courts that are open daily. They can also be lighted for night play.
Fitness
In addition to the golf and tennis offered at River Forest, membership at this fantastic club also includes a state-of-the-art exercise facility. The fitness center includes cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. Additionally, it is equipped with large-screen televisions and stereo systems. If you prefer to get your workout in outside, there are pocket parks and miles of walking and jogging paths throughout the River Forest community. Plus, River Forest members also have access to the brand new, 2,000-square-foot fitness facility at Healy Point.
Dress Code
All golfers are expected to dress in proper golfing attire. Golf clothing of the type displayed in the golf pro shop is recommended. Collared shirts are required. No jeans, denim, running or jogging shorts, swimwear, tank tops, t-shirts, or flip flops are allowed on the course or the practice facilities.
